Carte Blanche Group has announced the acquisition of 4D Art (www.4dart.co.uk), in a deal that was effective from July 11 2011.
4D Art manufactures and sells a range of premium priced figurines featured in high street jewellers, department stores and independent retail outlets, and also has a flourishing export business.
Carte Blanche’s head of Far East operations and gift development, Paul Haines, believes 4D Art is as a great strategic fit alongside the Group’s existing ranges of collectable figurines featuring the company’s top selling Me to You and My Blue Nose Friends brands. He comments:
“The sophisticated design and premium pricing of 4D Art will be a strong complementary addition to our existing offer and we are all extremely excited about working with our 4D Art designers to bring great new product to the market. We also have the benefit of sharing the same manufacturer as 4D Art so integrating our supply chain should be relatively straightforward.”
