Marketing leading greetings card publisher and gift manufacturer Carte Blanche Greetings has announced senior structural changes to its Board of Directors.
With immediate effect Carte Blanche Chief Executive Officer, Roger Murphy and Finance Director John Coda have left the business. Ian Wakefield is to remain at Carte Blanche but has resigned from the Board of Directors.
Speaking of the developments company founder Stephen Haines, also the Chairman and Interim CEO said: “The world is changing and we can either wait until we are forced to change or take decisive action to ensure we are in the best possible shape to tackle future challenges.
Carte Blanche has had to reinvent itself many times over the years and in these difficult times it is crucial for us to act now and put in place immediate steps to ensure our long term success. Carte Blanche remains a very successful and profitable company and today’s announcements will see the start of a series of measures being taken over the coming weeks that will refocus and further strengthen the Company. Change is always difficult but I am very confident for the future of the Carte Blanche Group.
