National Stationery Show to launch three new pavilions

The organiser of the National Stationery Show, GLM, has announced the launch of three market-specific product pavilions for buyers seeking museum, seasonal and office products.  Making their debut at the 67th annual event, due to take place from May 19-22 in New York City, will be Museumix, Seasonalstyle and Officeworks, offering buyers of these product categories distinctive areas on the Show floor to source and buy the latest products.

“The addition of these pavilions provides yet another fresh aspect to the 2013 National Stationery Show, while also responding to consistent buyer requests,” said Patti Stracher, GLM Vice President and NSS Show Director.  “These pavilions, combined with the adjacent, new Creative & Lifestyle Arts tradeshow, along with a broadened educational platform and the ‘NSS Live’ theaters where dynamic programs will take place on the Show floor, promises to deliver an exciting marketplace.”

Museumix will feature such products as art books, puzzles, gadgets, jewelry, science kits and more; Seasonalstyle will offer buyers a vast selection of décor, tableware, gifts, Judaica and more for every holiday; while desk accessories, organizers, pen sets, notebooks, calendars and more will be found in Officeworks.

Now in its 67th year, the National Stationery Show is the nation’s leading marketplace for social stationery and related lifestyle products, featuring 800 exhibitors and drawing some 11,000 attendees from around the world.  Launching in 2013 alongside the NSS, Creative & Lifestyle Arts will serve the East Coast’s $18 billion art, crafting and creative hobby marketplace, featuring a broad range of innovative crafting and paper art supplies; embellishments; art materials; design tools; DIY kits for home decor, party, holiday and card making and more. Both shows will run Sunday, May 19, through Wednesday, May 22, 2013, at New York City’s Jacob K. Javits Convention Center, and will draw a combined 16,000 attendees.
