G&G Review has just returned from an inspirational visit to Pulse in London, which is one of our favourite shows of the season thanks to the influx of delicious new products from up and coming designers.
Despite hot competition from myriad wonderful suppliers of gifts, greetings and stationery, there was no contest when it came to deciding on our favourite exhibitor, which is home fragrance specialist Beefayre.
It isn’t just our addiction to lusciously scented candles made from natural ingredients that helped Beefayre win the day, it’s the fact that this lovely UK manufacturer is committed to protecting the rapidly declining honeybee population by donating 3% of all its profits to bee conservation.
Along with a variety of delectable candles and other home fragrance products including reed diffusers, Beefayre also supplies equally scrumptious body, bath and beauty ranges plus a stylish line in greeting cards. All the candles are made from pure plant and beeswax with no petrochemicals or other toxins such as sulphates or parabens, but packed full of high quality, sustainably sourced materials, including recycled glass.
Beefayre was shortlisted for a Gift of the Year Award for 2013 but in our opinion they should have been the overall winner!
