Licensed clothing specialist Poeticgem is set to develop a new ladies apparel range based around the world famous and much-loved cute character Miffy
Created by Dutch artist Dick Bruna in 1955, Miffy is the little rabbit who stars in a series of hit books that have been translated into 40 languages and sold more than 85m copies worldwide. Miffy has also been the subject of TV series and movies and is a licensing phenomenon thanks to an appeal that stretches across all age ranges and has seen the character appear on millions of products.
Poeticgem will be working its apparel magic on a new clothing range for women that will capture Miffy’s huge appeal and tap into adult nostalgia for the brand.
“Not only is Miffy one of the world’s most popular characters but she is also an absolute design classic,” says Elliott Matthews of Poeticgem. “Those two facets combine to make the brand perfect for an apparel range, so we are very excited about this new collaboration and are confident of a strong performance when product hits the shelves.”
