International brands will join hundreds of British companies and the exclusive Summerhouse showcase at the UK’s largest contemporary gift presentation
Spring Fair 2016, an i2i Events Group exhibition, will incorporate the largest and most inspirational showcase of Contemporary Gift products available to the UK trade in 2016.
The show, which will open from February 7 – 11 2016 at The NEC, Birmingham, will host almost 300 exhibitors in this sector, together occupying Halls 6 and 7.
Dozens of exhibitors are new to Contemporary Gift at Spring Fair, reflecting a 25% upswing in visitors registering this sector as their primary area of interest, including: Liberty, Harrods, Selfridges, Oliver Bonas, Fortnum & Mason, Fenwick and Ocado.
New companies join regular exhibitors that include some of the best known and most covetable brands in the trade, such as: Fifty One Percent, Wild & Wolf, Litebulb Group, Halfmoon Bay and Rex International, all of which have increased their space at the show for 2016.
Other major names from both the UK and overseas presenting their new ranges within Contemporary Gift are Suck UK, Disaster Designs, Au Maison, Balvi, Lene Bjere, IB Laursen, Teklassic Europe, Luckies of London, Burgon & Ball, Heaven Sends, J-Me, Newgate, Pad Home and East of India.
Outstanding within the international contingency will be a strong presence from fantastic, design-led suppliers from The Netherlands, such as Essenza Home, Present Time, Pip Studio, CNB Oriental, Kikkerland, XD Design, See Concept, Leff Amsterdam, NLXL and Global Affairs.
Extending the buying choice even further will be a huge presentation of Gift in Halls 4 and 5, Children’s Gifts, Toys & Gadgets, also in Hall 5, Greetings & Gift in Hall 3, Kitchen, Dining & Housewares in Hall 9 and the exclusive Summerhouse showcase in Hall 8.
Thirty-one individual companies will exhibit within The Summerhouse, exhibiting a broad range of beautiful contemporary gifts, toys, tabletop items, furniture, home accessories, seasonal decorations, textiles, kitchenware, fashion accessories, home fragrances and wellbeing products, with a special focus on British heritage.
New companies exhibiting within The Summerhouse for the first time at Spring Fair 2016 are as follows: Canvas Home, Dartington Crystal, Fairmont & Main, Owen Barry, The Stripes Company, Tutti & Co and I B Laursen.
They join long-standing Summerhouse participants Parlane International, The Libra Company, Ideal Home Range and Stone The Crows!
All exhibitors within The Summerhouse have been carefully selected because of the exceptional quality and individuality of products, together forming an inspirational and varied selection that covers all aspects of design, from the very traditional to cutting-edge contemporary.
A unique showcase of products created by Summerhouse exhibitors will feature in the entrance to Hall 8, providing an eye-catching showcase in its own right. Further into the hall, buyers attending The Summerhouse will be offered tea, coffee and other refreshments in an exclusive hospitality area.
Elsewhere at the show, the Gift halls 4 and 5 at Spring Fair will encompass the largest selection of home fragrance brands that can be found under one roof anywhere in the UK, while 75 Body & Bath exhibitors in Hall 20 will also delight the senses. Also in Hall 20 will be an abundance of Fashion Jewellery, Accessories & Luggage.
