Tendence spotlight on Next young designers

TENDENCED SMALLFresh, extraordinary and original ideas are the secret of the ‘Next’ exhibitors at Tendence, due to take place from 27 – 30 August 2016 at Germany’s Messe Frankfurt.

18 young entrepreneurs from ten countries will present their creative products at the show, a highlight of the Gift and Home retail trade.

The participants, who have already made a successful start to their business careers in their domestic market, applied for and have been selected for the ‘Next’ promotional programme of the fair. At Tendence, they have the chance to take the next step forward by making contacts in the international market.

“For the Next exhibitors, Tendence is the ideal platform from which to reach an audience of trade visitors from home and abroad. For buyers, the innovative products of these small, creative start-ups represent a welcome addition to the portfolio of the fair”, says Tendence Director Bettina Bär.

The Next promotional programme has been a component part of Tendence since 2008. This year, trade visitors can look forward to no less than four areas with potential trend-setters: in Hall 9.0, they will find arts & crafts at the ‘Next Modern Crafts’ area. The ‘Next Young Gifts’ and ‘Next Culinary Gifts’ are located in Hall 11.1 where, for the first time, young companies will show original, trendy gift ideas or culinary products suitable for giving as gifts. The Next participants in Hall 9.2 present their latest collections in the ‘Accessories & Jewellery’ segment.
