The Magnificent Marshmallow Company will be making their debut appearance at this year’s Autumn Fair, from a stand in Hall 5, M75.
The Magnificent Marshmallow Company conjures handmade, naturally flavoured marshmallows from their kitchen of creations on the edge of the Lake District. The artisan duo, Carla & Steven Quan-soon, have added a modern twist to the nostalgic confection by flavouring their fluffy marshmallowy delicacies with fruits, oils and natural flavourings.
Carla said ‘we speak directly to many customers at food festivals and tastings know that our wares are frequently bought as gifts, so it made sense to us to attend a show that gives us the platform to expose our indulgent marshmallowy treats to innovative buyers looking for quirky foodie gift options’.
The products are packaged in lovely vintage carnival-themed boxes inspired by their childhoods spent growing up around the kitsch of the fairground, circus and piers.
The squidgy marshmallows are versatile little treats, delicious when eaten, a decadent addition to hot chocolate or a sumptuous accompaniment to coffee, delectable when added to desserts and are gooey and indulgent when toasted.
