Unique ‘Dreaming Together 2017, Children’s Wall Calendar’ is celebrated by the juries.
The House of Turnowsky is delighted to have received Silver in the prestigious international Gregor Calendar Awards for its Dreaming Together 2017, Children’s Wall Calendar.
A prize-giving ceremony for 500 guests was held on the evening of January 26 at Haus der Wirtschaft Baden-Wurttemberg, Stuttgart, where 60 individual calendars will be recognised by the Juries of the Graphic Club Stuttgart and Jury of the Gregor Photo Calendar Prize.
From January 27 – February 17, more than 800 calendars which entered the awards are being exhibited at the Haus der Wirtschaft, followed by a second exhibition from February 24 – March 19 at the Karlsruhe, Stuttgart.
Marketing Director, Guy Braun, said: “The House of Turnowsky is thrilled to have received a Silver in this year’s Gregor Calendar Awards. These are the most important international awards for the calendar industry and we are fortunate to have won many times over the years.
“Original paintings for our 2017 Children’s Calendar were created by children from around the world and printed onto 280gram white sustainable pulp board with luxury silver foil and embossing. It is a unique and elaborate piece of wall art that was designed to bring the boundless world of children’s imagination closer to you. We are now looking forward to celebrating the awards with industry colleagues in Stuttgart before showcasing our latest designs across calendars, stationery and greeting cards at Paperworld from January 28”.
This great start to the new year comes hot on the heels of an exciting 2016 for the House of Turnowsky, which recently opened its design archives to an international licensing programme managed by Ask Art Agency.
The company will exhibit at the following exhibitions in 2017:
