Carte Blanche closes Is It Art office in Warwick

Following its recent acquisition of Is It Art and a full review of all business functions, Carte Blanche today announces the closure of the Is It Art office in Warwick in a plan which brings all administrative and customer service functions under one roof.

From 30th September, all operational functions will be managed by the Carte Blanche team based in Chichester. The move does not impact the current sales structure and customers will continue to be serviced by their regular Carte Blanche / Is It Art sales representative or agent.

Carte Blanche CEO, Alister Marchant comments, ‘Our key objective is always to ensure we service our Independent customers in the most effective and efficient way possible and consolidating our operational and support functions ensures we meet this objective.’

‘The team at Is It Art Head Office were instrumental in building the Is It Art brand and I would like to personally thank everyone for their professionalism in managing this transition and wish them every success for the future.’

Alister continues, ‘With our combined salesforce, we have one of the largest and most professional sales teams in the industry dedicated to the Independent channel. By centralising our operations, we ensure that our customers benefit from a comprehensive offering of some of the best cute, humour, sentiment, verse, licensed, contemporary and on-trend brands in the UK market today, supported by the very best operational experience.’
