GIMA has recommissioned its Consumer & Design Trends research for the third year running, once again optimising the leading insight from trend agency, Scarlet Opus.
In a series of virtual one-hour webinars Scarlet Opus will look at not just the garden and outdoor products expected to prove popular in spring/summer 2022, but will also delve deeper into the colours and design trends that look set to shape consumer demand and spend. The sessions will also explore the consumer behaviour consequences of the coronavirus pandemic. Additionally, the Scarlet Opus team will be offering ideas on how to future proof new product development, visual merchandising, packaging and marketing plans.
GIMA Director, Vicky Nuttall said: “We’re pleased to confirm that we have recommissioned Scarlet Opus to run our trend webinars for the third year running. All previous sessions have been incredibly well received and provided significant content for our members to take away and incorporate into their future plans. We’ve also seen many of Scarlet Opus’ trend predictions come into fruition, so we’re excited to hear what the 2022 season holds for us!”
The webinars will take place on Monday 17th, Tuesday 18th and Wednesday 19th May. All delegates will have access to the live sessions and follow-up copies of the presentation, complete with transcripts of the trend translations.
