Light & Living has announced the acquisition of PT Group BV, which trades as Present Time and has a European brand portfolio which includes Karlsson, PT, and Leitmotiv. PT Group BV joins 2020 acquisition, Parlane Living, in the Light & Living Group.
The pan-European company now has showrooms around the continent in Noordwijk, Almere, Oslo, Lyon, Bruhl/Cologne and Bourton-on-the-Water.
Present Time CEO, Birger Nielsen, who joins the management team of Light & Living Group, commented: “We are proud to join Light & Living Group with our brands, leveraging our combined commercial resources to ensure we can present our brands across markets and channels. We are complementary to each other geographically, as well as in presence of products. With the expanded complementary portfolio, each brand can keep its own independent identity – with this co-operation we can focus on expansion.”
