See Songbirds & Seedheads at BCTF

Yorkshire greetings card brand, Umbellifer, has announced a new range of greetings cards to be launched at BCTF in April. Songbirds & Seedheads celebrates some of our favourite songbirds in a distinctively modern and colourful style that is sure to attract customers.

The six beautiful initial designs were created by artist Stephen Lennon who set up the botanical cards and prints business in 2018 after years growing plants at his own nursery. This new range perfectly complements his extensive range of botanical and natural world greetings cards whilst giving retail buyers something new to present to their customers.

Stephen says ’’I feel this new range has a decidedly different look to my other cards and the reaction from my online shop mailing list has been great so it’s a range I feel I can develop and grow’’.

All the cards are blank inside and sold individually at £1.10 each (RRP £2.60). It is important to Stephen that his business’s environmental footprint is as small as possible so all his ranges are printed on FSC accredited paper that has been carbon offset using the Woodland Trust’s Woodland Carbon scheme. They are 100% recyclable and compostable and packed in plastic-free ‘cello’ bags.
