The fourth London Stationery Show opens tomorrow on Day 2 of National Stationery Week with the products of more than 200 different suppliers from the UK and around the world on show on 116 stands, including many of the biggest names in stationery and writing instruments.
Over 90% of exhibitors at the London Stationery Show are showing new products, reflecting the current buoyancy of the personal stationery market.
More than 250 entries have been received for the 2014 Stationery Awards, which are being judged at the show by an independent panel of retail buyers. These are displayed for the first time on a New Product Showcase at the front of the exhibition.
Today’s stationery market is being driven as much by colour and fashion as it is by need and function, making stationery and pens more popular than ever with consumers.
“The London Stationery Show is the UK stationery event of the year, where fashion meets function” says organiser Chris Leonard-Morgan. “It has more than doubled in size in the last three years, and is the exhibition of choice for many of the UK’s leading suppliers, and multiple and independent retailers.”
