Yellow House Art Licensing is delighted to announce an exciting new license for their inspirational artist Paul Thurlby in partnership with design-led gift and stationery company Wild & Wolf.
Wild & Wolf have created an initial plethora of Paul Thurlby product ranging from ceramics and stationery to games and accessories for A/W 2013, launched at Autumn Fair International 2013.
Representing cutting-edge artists at the forefront of their artistic field, Yellow House keeps a close eye on trends, cultural events & consumer behaviour. The demand for typography combined with vintage retro is set to remain strong and Thurlby is at the fore-front of this trend.
Thurlby’s Alphabet book for Templar Publishing is a world-wide best-seller and won the ‘Opera Prima’ Bologna Ragazzi Award in 2013. Paul’s alphabet prints have gone viral and are stocked at specialist retail outlets including Tate Britain. Championed by Sunday Times correspondent India Knight (India has Thurlby’s complete A-Z framed and hanging pride-of-place above her fireplace) Thurlby has recently been commissioned by the Royal Festival Hall for South Bank.
Thurlby’s empowering and positive Alphabet & Wildlife images for Wild & Wolf are an exciting beginning to the perfect fit between licensing agent, artist, and licensee. Discussions are already in place to develop a range of bespoke product for 2014/2015 – innovation is guaranteed and it is most definitely recommended that consumers watch this space!
