Hillier’s Corydalis Porcelain Blue wins Glass Tulip Award

Hillier Nurseries has announced that a flower it developed, Corydalis ‘Porcelain Blue’, has been awarded best garden plant at the prestigious Glass Tulip awards 2021, held in The Netherlands and determined by a jury of 25 industry experts.

Corydalis ‘Porcelain Blue’ made its global debut on our RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2017 garden, where it also made a big impression. The most striking feature of this Corydalis is its spectacular blue colour. It is also a surprisingly robust garden plant, despite its delicate appearance, flowering most of the year-round.

Look out for it in Hillier Garden Centres next spring, with expected availability from April 2021.
