Mum’s Choice Award winners revealed

Gund’s adorable Flora the Animated Bunny, manufactured by Enesco, has won the Best Baby Toy accolade in the Mum’s Choice Awards run by UKMums.tv team.

The judges loved this plush toy because: “This is a lovely soft toy for babies. With moving ears that cover her eyes while she sings ‘Do Your Ears Hang Low,’ Flora will leave your baby in awe.”

Other award winners included:

Best Toys 1-3 years – Winner 1 – Christopher Robin Collection from Posh Paws International, of which the judges said: “This plush is SUPER soft and I love the styling that looks vintage and classic! This is a really lovely collection – Eeyore has to be my personal favourite.”

The second winner in this category was the Ride on Aeroplane by My 1st Years. The tester said this was: “A fabulous metal ride-on which will keep the little ones happy for hours! We loved the turning propeller and complimentary personalisation too!”

Best Toy 4 – 7 years – Winner: My First Xylophone Book by Usborne Publishing, “A lovely toy/book with a clear-sounding xylophone. The book itself features beautiful illustrations and good clear instructions (with online video help if needed) to play some simple, well-known tunes. It’s great to take out and about and makes for a nice gift.”

Best Toy 8 – 11 years Winner is Rush Hour by Thinkfun, “An excellent game that will test your logic skills and get you off your electronic devices! Hours of fun to work all the puzzles out. In a larger setting, this game could be used as team challenges with 2 or more sets to encourage turn-taking and promote teamwork.”
