New Exhibitors Prepare for Jewellery & Watch Debut

Jewellery & Watch will welcome a number of new exhibitors and returning exhibitors to its new location in Hall One of the NEC, Birmingham from February 2-6, 2020.

Brands and businesses are choosing Jewellery & Watch for its central location, convenient timing in the business calendar and ability to attract buyers from across the United Kingdom and Europe.

New exhibitor Bamboo Vera (pictured above), which specialises in gold-plated fashion jewellery, is one to watch at Jewellery & Watch 2020. Owner and jewellery designer, Naomi Stacey, says: “We chose Jewellery & Watch 2020 to launch Bamboo Vera as it attracts a diverse range of buyers from fashion boutiques, gift stores and independent jewellers, impressively from all over the UK.

“It’s a great way to showcase a new Jewellery brand like Bamboo Vera, as it will help us grow our brand exposure, and meet some of the best and most influential buyers in the industry. We’re incredibly excited to be taking part!”

Another new exhibitor to Jewellery & Watch 2020 is Poppy Mae Gift, a wholesale jewellery gifts range established by Kerry Leigh. She says: “With over 10 years’ experience of creating jewellery and hair accessories for women and children, we are excited to launch our new Poppy-Mae gifts range at Jewellery & Watch. I chose the show because it is simply the best place to showcase my new range to potential buyers.”

Elsewhere, emerging distributor, Guardian Brands, will exhibit for the first time with widely recognised brands, Angel Whisperer from Engelsrufer. Guardian Brands director, Stewart Arvan, says: “This is the perfect platform to reach out to a wider audience of potential customers, wanting to buy into a brand that is not only high quality and good value for money, but is also an on trend brand. The feedback we received from existing jewellers after Christmas was so positive that we can present the brand with confidence and pride.”

The Jewellery & Watch team is particularly looking forward to welcoming Happy Rings, a bridal jewellery brand launching exclusively at Jewellery & Watch 2020; Austrian business, Waidzeit, specialising in watches and jewellery crafted from recycled wine barrels, which has opted to launch in the UK market at Jewellery & Watch 2020; and Rainbow Rings (pictured below), a customisable and stackable ring brand that is also launching at Jewellery & Watch 2020.

Rainbow Rings founder, Clare Rainbow, says: “Rainbow Rings is a unique jewellery concept that allows you to create your own interchangeable ring for any occasion, outfit or mood. Launched in Australia and currently entering the UK market, Jewellery & Watch is an exciting opportunity for us to showcase our product and will provide a platform to help build relationships and connections with potential retailers and buyers.”

New exhibitors to 2020 also include Caprice Trading Limited, High Tide Jewellery, Auriann, Isoswiss Watchparts, Ivory & Co., Limosa Jewellery, NAIIAD, Nefsim Kuyumculuk and Sannex Jewellery Company.

Returning Jewellery & Watch exhibitors are also choosing to expand their presence at the show, thanks in part to the move to Hall One. Lucy Lee, founder of sterling silver brand Lily Charmed, will introduce sister brand Scream Pretty to Jewellery & Watch for the first time in 2020. She says: “This is the first year for Scream Pretty to exhibit at Jewellery & Watch and the first time back for Lily Charmed for a few years. We are coming back as we have found trade shows have boosted our customer base, and we are focusing on trade growth in 2020 for both brands. It is exciting for us to meet trade customers that aren’t London centric and hopefully meet an international audience too.”

Also returning in 2020 is Bath-based wholesale jewellery specialist, Smile Jewellery. Owner Sheralie Margenout says: “We will be introducing more coastal themed jewellery, with new seahorse and starfish designs as well as our new ocean wave bracelets and necklaces which look gorgeous, great for anyone that loves the sea.”
