Bulgaria-based Stefan Rusenov, one of the founders of the European Garden Business Directory, is keen to consolidate everything related to European gardening into one database, saying:
“We wanted everybody in Europe, when looking for some garden product to find it in one place”
Launched two years ago, the consumer-facing online directory features all kinds of garden-related business including like nurseries, garden centres, landscape designers, garden tools producers, garden furniture, plus popular garden fairs/exhibitions and the most famous gardens and parks in Europe.
There are currently 417 companies in the database and 214,000 registered users, with both figures rising daily as the online market grows exponentially with lockdown. The cost of a listing is £20 a year.
